The free pattern was brilliant and explaining the new terms was great for me as I am fairly new to this craft. I thought that I recognised the name of your featured quilter and then I recognised her stunning quilt. It was all BRILLIANT. I will tell many others about this. About 10mins ago I received your wonderful newsletter – I am so pleased I decided to subscribe. I am so impressed with your style of newsletter I just had to let you know. Quilting, as you may well know, is not just about quilting -it’s about "friendships." If you are a quilter but do not have a group that you meet with regularly, I recommend you make the effort to find a group to join. I can guarantee you’ll never regret it.
I belong to 3 different patchwork groups and it’s such a buzz when we meet. We always "learn" new things from eachother, have lots of laughs, drink lots of tea and nibble the odd snack and occasionally manage to finish a project along the way.
